Class 1 HGV Driver - Galvanised Steel (Flatbed)

A leading expert in galvanising steel is currently seeking an experienced Class 1 HGV Driver for a long-term, ongoing position.

Role Details

• Vehicle: Class 1 with flatbed trailer
• Start Time: 6:00am
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Duties: Nationwide deliveries of galvanised steel
• Employment Type: Long-term / ongoing work

Requirements

• Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence
• Driver CPC
• Digital Tachograph Card
• Have experience securing steel loads using ratchet straps
• Good knowledge of load safety and securing regulations
• Ability to complete a driving assessment and site induction

Pay Rates

• £16.50 - £20.00 per hour
• Higher rate available when paid through an approved umbrella company
