Class 1 (C+E) Driver - Willenhall

£17.00 per hour | Monday to Friday | Overtime Available

The Best Connection is currently recruiting an experienced Class 1 (C+E) Driver for a well-established client based in Willenhall.

We are looking to get the successful candidate in for an induction this week, if possible, with a view to ongoing work.

The Role:

• Class 1 driving work using flatbeds and curtainsiders
• Delivering steelwork to a range of customers
• Induction will be ½ day, followed by buddying up with an experienced driver for 1-2 days to become familiar with customers and company procedures
• Work is mainly Monday to Friday, with overtime available

Requirements:

• Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence
• Minimum 5 years' steelwork experience, including:
  • Structural steel
  • Cable management
  • General steel deliveries
• Confident using flatbeds and curtainsiders
• Strong knowledge of load safety and strapping
• Fully up to date with tacho regulations
• No points on licence
• Reliable, professional, and customer-focused

Pay:

• £17.00 per hour
• Overtime available
