The Best Connection are recruiting experienced Class 1 (C+E) Night Drivers for ongoing work with a well-established automotive logistics operation based in Hellaby, Rotherham.
This is an excellent opportunity for drivers looking for regular weekly shifts, ad hoc work or additional hours, with the flexibility to work around other commitments.
The role involves night trunking of automotive parts to RDCs across the UK, using double-deck vehicles. Long-distance routes and overnight work will be involved.
The Role

Night trunking of automotive parts to RDCs nationwide

Operating Class 1 (C+E) double-deck vehicles

Double-manned long-distance runs

Ensuring loads are transported safely and securely

Completing required paperwork and vehicle checks

Following drivers' hours and transport legislation

Working as part of a professional driving team

Requirements

Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence

Valid Driver CPC
-
Valid Digital Tachograph Card

Minimum 1 year's Class 1 driving experience

Comfortable working night shifts and overnight routes

Reliable, punctual and professional

Able to work effectively as part of a double-manned team
