🚛 Class 1 HGV Drivers - Worksop Area

The Best Connection Sheffield are recruiting Class 1 (C+E) HGV Drivers for a client based in the Worksop area. This is ongoing work with the potential for a permanent position.

📋 The Role

• Trunking depot to depot

• 8-9 hour shifts

• Minimal handball, if any

• 5 days per week (during peak periods, 5 out of 7 days)

🌙 Shifts & Pay

• Night shifts available

• £21.58 per hour between 2:00am - 6:00am

• £18.04 - £18.38 per hour outside of these hours

• Start times between 3:00pm and 10:00pm

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Delivering depot to depot

• Following daily delivery schedules

• Completing daily vehicle checks

• Driving safely and in line with UK road traffic laws

• Communicating effectively with the transport team

✅ Requirements

• Valid Class 1 (Cat C+E) licence

• Up-to-date CPC and Digital Tachograph card

• Minimum 2 years' Class 1 driving experience

• Ability to provide driver references

• Good timekeeping and communication skills
