• £13 per hour - Unskilled / Low Experience
• £16 per hour - Skilled / Proven Experience
• Hours: 40 Hours per week

Job Description

We are currently looking for a Carpenter to join our workshop team, producing bespoke, made-to-order products. This role would suit both entry-level candidates looking to develop their skills and experienced carpenters with a strong background in bespoke woodworking.

All tools and equipment are provided on site.

Key Responsibilities

• Manufacturing bespoke wooden products to specification
• Reading and working from drawings, measurements, and instructions
• Measuring, cutting, assembling, and finishing timber components
• Using a range of hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Maintaining high standards of workmanship and attention to detail
• Keeping the work area clean, organised, and safe
• Working independently as well as part of a team to meet deadlines

Requirements

Unskilled / Low Experience (£13 per hour):

• Basic carpentry or woodworking experience (workshop, college, or on-site)
• Willingness to learn and develop skills
• Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• Ability to follow instructions accurately

Skilled / Experienced (£16 per hour):

• Proven carpentry experience producing bespoke or high-quality products
• Ability to work from technical drawings and specifications
• Strong finishing skills and attention to detail
• References to support previous experience
