Our client, one of the largest vehicle glass repair and replacement specialists, based in Tamworth requires Call Centre Operatives (NO COLD CALLING) for a 12 week period. No previous experience necessary as full training is provided. Duties include dealing with incoming calls from members and delivering excellent customer service to handle queries. Liaising with engineers via telephone and email to ensure members jobs are dealt with efficiently. Assisting with any other general admin office duties, such as filing, copying and basic data entry. Using Microsoft Word and Excel program.

Our client offers:

• Working 37.50 hours per week
• Monday to Friday.
• 08:00 & 16:00, 09:00 & 17:00, and 10:00 & 18:00 rotating weekly (rota given)
• Paying £12.21 per hour.
