Location: Tamworth
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Hours: 37.5 hours per week | Monday - Friday
Shift Pattern: Rotating shifts - 08:00-16:00 / 09:00-17:00 / 10:00-18:00

The Best Connection Tamworth are currently recruiting for a Call Centre Operative to join a leading vehicle glass repair and replacement specialist within the customer service and contact centre industry in Tamworth. This Call Centre Operative role is office-based and involves handling inbound calls only (no cold calling).

Job Role - Call Centre Operative (Customer Service & Contact Centre Industry)

As a Call Centre Operative in Tamworth, you will be responsible for handling incoming customer calls, supporting engineers, and ensuring customer queries are resolved efficiently within the customer service and contact centre industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling incoming calls from members (no cold calling)
• Providing excellent customer service and resolving queries
• Liaising with engineers via telephone and email
• Updating job information accurately
• Carrying out general office administration duties
• Basic data entry, filing, and copying
• Using Microsoft Word and Excel

Requirements

• Good communication and customer service skills
• Basic IT skills (Word and Excel)
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Organised and reliable approach to work
• No previous experience required (full training provided)
