Pay Rate

· £14.82 per hour Standard (Holiday Pay Accrued) / £16.61 per hour (Holiday Pay Included)

· £22.23 per hour after 8 hours worked (Monday to Friday) (Holiday Pay Accrued) / £24.91 per hour (Holiday Pay Included)

· £22.23 per hour Saturdays (Holiday Pay Accrued) / £24.91 per hour (Holiday Pay Included)

· £29.64 per hour Sundays & Bank Holidays (Holiday Pay Accrued) / £33.22 per hour (Holiday Pay Included)

Holiday Pay

You can choose to have your holiday pay accrued and paid when you take annual leave, or receive it as rolled-up holiday pay within your regular wages. The rolled-up rate includes the applicable 12.07% holiday pay uplift.

Times and Days of Work

• 11:00am start times
• Sunday to Thursday or Monday to Friday
• Ongoing work available

The Best Connection is proud to be recruiting on behalf of our client for a Class 2 (Category C) Driver to join a well-established distribution business based in Doncaster. This is a fantastic opportunity for drivers seeking ongoing work with a long-standing and reliable client.

About the Role

Drivers will be responsible for completing multi-drop deliveries to customers' homes. There may also be occasions where drivers are required to operate a 7.5T vehicle, depending on operational requirements.

Your Duties Will Include:

• Completing vehicle checks at the start and end of each shift
• Carrying out multi-drop deliveries to customers' homes
• Maintaining good communication with the transport team and client
• Ensuring all paperwork, including timesheets, is completed accurately
• Emailing all paperwork and timesheets by the end of shift on Saturday
• Demonstrating excellent timekeeping and reliability
• Representing The Best Connection and the client professionally at all times

What We're Looking For:

• Valid Category C (Class 2) Driving Licence
• Valid Driver CPC Qualification
• Digital Tachograph (Digi) Card
• Minimum 2 years' continuous driving experience with no gaps
• A reliable, flexible and professional approach to work
