The Best Connection Group Limited are currently recruiting for a Business Support Administrator to join our clients team in Crewe.

Experience using SAP is essential for this position.

Key Tasks:

  • Process customer orders using SAP
  • Raise purchase orders using SAP
  • Send orders for dispatch via SAP
  • Invoice orders once goods have been dispatched
  • Inform customers of any changes to delivery dates
  • Create part codes (once training has been completed) using SAP
  • Respond to customer and internal email queries
  • Assist colleagues with stock enquiries using SAP
  • Prepare commercial invoices
  • Produce Certificates of Conformity (CofC's)
  • Book transport for outgoing deliveries
  • Provide general administrative support as required
  • Carry out any additional ad-hoc administrative tasks to support the team

Monday - Friday

08:30am - 16:30pm Mon-Thurs

08:30am - 15:00pm Friday

36 hours a week
