Key Responsibilities:
Sales Growth: Craft and execute sales plans to exceed revenue targets, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Strategic Partnerships: Forge and maintain partnerships with key industry players to boost business opportunities.
New Business Opportunities: Identify and secure new clients through strategic approaches.
Client Relationship Management: Foster strong, lasting relationships with existing clients.
Market Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.
Proposal and Contract Management: Develop, negotiate, and manage proposals and contracts.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, product development, and operations to achieve company goals.
Reporting and Analysis: Track business development activities and provide insights for improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in business development or sales within the automotive industry.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of the automotive industry, market trends, and key players. Familiarity with automotive practices like APQP and PPAP.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Automotive Engineering, or related field preferred. An MBA is a plus.
- Attributes: Strategic mindset, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel nationally and globally.
