Key Details

• Starting Pay: £11.80 per hour
• Role Type: Temporary to permanent

• Pay Review: After successful completion of the trial period
• Production Bonus: Eligible for a production bonus after a successful trial period

Responsibilities:

• Operating a chop saw to cut bricks to required sizes.
• Following production schedules and ensuring tasks are completed on time.
• Maintaining a clean and safe workspace.
• Inspecting bricks for quality before and after cutting.
• Assisting with general tasks in the production area as required.
• Adhering to health and safety guidelines at all times.

Requirements:

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Basic understanding of workplace health and safety practices.
• Good communication skills.
• Physical fitness to handle manual tasks, including lifting and moving materials.
• Punctuality and reliability are essential.

• Own transport is required due to the location.
