We are looking for Front Line Operational Leaders to join our dynamic team at London Heathrow. As a key leader in the organization, you’ll be instrumental in orchestrating your team’s efforts to deliver exceptional service and operational excellence.
About the Role:
In this pivotal leadership role, you will ensure that we consistently exceed industry standards across safety, customer satisfaction, quality, performance, and employee wellbeing. From strategic operational planning to on-the-ground team management, you’ll drive efficiency, engagement, and results.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead resource planning and team management, including rosters, leave, and overtime.

Coach and develop team members, offering feedback and identifying growth opportunities.

Champion customer service excellence and liaise regularly with airline clients.

Manage team welfare issues and work closely with HR on employee relations and performance matters.

Promote the companies mission, vision, and values both internally and externally.
