Job Description: ⭐As a Senior Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in delivering an outstanding customer experience while driving sales growth. You will work closely with the whole Slough team to ensure the achievement of sales targets and provide guidance to other team members. ⭐
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and support to enhance customer satisfaction. ✅
- Assist in managing daily sales operations and developing and maintain strong product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers. ✅
- Assist in and mentoring employees in the office. ✅
- Analyse sales data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement. ✅
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement sales strategies. ✅
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally. ✅
- Contribute to inventory management and stock replenishment. ✅
- Dealing with booking hotels, travel etc for events in the business and any other requirements. ✅
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a sales environment, preferably in a senior/manager level. ✅
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. ✅
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ✅
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ✅
- Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and Microsoft Office Suite. ✅
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. ✅
- A positive attitude and a passion for sales. ✅
