CNC Milling Operator

Salary: £37,000

Job Type: Permanent

Hours: Monday to Friday

We are looking for an experienced CNC Milling Operator. This is a great opportunity to work in a precision engineering environment producing high-quality components.

The Role:

• Set up and operate 3-axis and 4-axis CNC milling machines (Fanuc controls)
• Work to tight tolerances (±0.01mm)
• Read and follow engineering drawings
• Machine a range of materials including stainless steel, aluminium, and plastics
• Produce one-off parts and batch work
• Carry out basic machine maintenance
• Work closely with engineers to ensure accuracy

What We're Looking For:

• 8-10 years CNC milling experience
• Experience using Fanuc controls
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
