Manufacturing Operative - Day Shift - Lancaster Area

Location: Lancaster, LA2, 10 min drive from Lancaster

Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 9:15 AM - 9:00 PM
• Friday: 9:15 AM - 1:30 PM
• Pay: £12.21
• Type: Ongoing temporary role with potential for permanent placement after 12 successful weeks

Are you a reliable and hardworking individual looking for a long-term opportunity in manufacturing? We're recruiting for a hands-on role with a well-established company on the outskirts of Lancaster.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manual handling and progression of goods through the production process
• Operating alongside machinery (training provided)
• Assembly of goods
• Reporting any issues or faults to supervisors
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Working independently and using your own initiative

What We're Looking For:

• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
• Keen eye for detail and proactive attitude
