The Best Connection is seeking a Production Administrator for a leading food production business.

Comprehensive training and support will be offered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support hourly and daily KPI and metric reporting for production requirements.
• Verify that factory data aligns with the Time Management System.
• Provide ad-hoc assistance to the Operations Management team.
• Aid the Planning Department in maintaining accurate stock reports.

Skills and Experience:

• Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Clear and effective communicator in both written and spoken English.
• Solid numerical skills, comfortable working with data and financial information.
• Proactive approach to gathering necessary information.
• Capable of working independently, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
• High attention to detail for precise production information recording.
• Able to communicate effectively with a wide range of individuals.
