The Best Connection are currently recruiting a Administrator who are a well established company based in Portrack Lane, Stockton on Tees.

The role Includes:

• Data Input onto eBay system.
• Printing eBay labels (DPD/FedEx).
• Dealing with eBay customer queries via email.
• Arrange customer returns (eBay).
• Arrange Homebase stores collections via DPD/FedEx​

The candidate:

• Experience working in a busy office based environment 
• Background in customer service
• Be proficient in all Microsoft packages with a good working level in Excel 
• Be able to work independently and problem solve, prioritising workload to meet deadlines 
• Have quick and accurate data inputting skills 

• Experience dealing with Ebay systems advantageous

Hours of work:

• Monday    07:45am -16:00pm
• Tuesday - Thursday  07:30am -16:00pm
• Friday     07:30am -15:00pm   

Pay Rates:

• £13.19 per hour
