The Best Connection are currently recruiting for an Experienced Paint Sprayer with specific expertise in airless spraying to join a reputable client based in Sutton in Ashfield!!

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Industrial Paint Sprayer. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and applying paint coatings to a variety of industrial components and surfaces, ensuring high-quality finishes that meet company and client specifications.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in paint spraying, particularly airless spraying techniques
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and overtime when needed
• Preparing surfaces for painting
• Operating the airless sprayer to apply paint or other coatings
• Maintaining the equipment and work area

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an industrial paint sprayer.
• Familiarity with different types of paints and coatings (e.g., epoxy, polyurethane).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to painting and coating.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 7:30am – 4:00pm
• Friday: 6:45am – 1:00pm
• Flexibility is essential – Overtime and weekend work may be required!

Pay Rate:

• £13.41 per hour
