The Best Connection Employment Group are recruiting for a Yard Hand for our client a busy Gas Bottling Yard based in Ridham, Sittingbourne.

**About the Role:**
As a Yard Hand, you'll be an essential part of the sites yard/filling team, responsible for maintaining the Petroleum Gas (LPG) cylinder stocks and ensuring efficient vehicle turnaround. This hands-on role demands attention to detail, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Shifts and Pay**
- £12.12 per hour
- Monday to Friday 06:00 till 15:00
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Fill LPG cylinders according to company standards and codes of practice
- Manage cylinder filling stocks to meet supply and demand requirements
- Safely load and unload cylinders on vehicles and trailers
- Supervise bulk transfers during delivery
- Actively report any 'near misses' to promote a safety-first culture
- Handle heavy objects with care and adhere to health and safety guidelines
