We are looking for a Warehouse Team Leader in Hailsham to assist our client.
About the role:
- Overseeing the stock management including labelling and logging of equipment
- Picking, packing and loading equipment to assist and support the installers
- Manage logging special orders and communicating receipts to the customer services team
- Updating of order and stock systems with use of scanner
- Quarantine, sterilise and re-pack equipment and ensure paperwork is documented, logged and filed
- Lead decontamination of community equipment
- Day to day efficient running of the warehouse and decontamination areas
- Maintenance and housekeeping of the service centre, including in some cases repairs of equipment including PAT testing
- You will be required to participate in an ad-hoc weekend rota
- You may be required to assist the field-based Installation Technicians on occasion
What are we looking for?
- Previous warehouse/decontamination experience is desirable however full training will be provided
- Computer literate – previous experience of using stock management systems would be advantageous
- Excellent communication skills to interact with the team and external suppliers
- Keen to develop within the role and company
- Hard working, driven and motivated
- Full UK driving licence is preferred
- Forklift trained preferred but not essential for counterbalance
For this position you will need:
- Right to work in the UK.
- Own Basic DBS or MUST be able to pass a Basic DBS
- Access to a device to complete an online application.
- Monday – Friday // 08:00 – 16.30 // £11.53 per hour
- Saturday - Sunday // 8.30 - 17.00// 1 in 4/5 rota
