The Best Connection Employment Group are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join our client’s dynamic team based in the MK45 area. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced transport environment, ideal for candidates with a background in administration or customer service involving data entry.

Job Details:

  • Pay: £12.75 per hour
  • Hours: 12:00pm – 8:00pm
  • Days: Monday – Friday
  • Location: MK45 area

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting driver document checks
  • Completing end-of-shift debriefs with drivers, capturing incidents, feedback, and performance updates
  • Handling inbound/outbound calls and emails
  • Supporting the team to enhance efficiency and collaboration
  • Daily use of Microsoft Office and in-house systems to maintain accurate records
  • Assisting with fleet compliance and yard management

Requirements of the Administrator:

  • Previous admin or transport experience is preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office – especially Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to prioritise tasks, work independently, and maintain strong attention to detail
