Branch Assistant

We are currently recruiting for a Branch Assistant on behalf of our client. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role combining customer service, sales, and hands-on warehouse duties.

This position will be temp to permanent for the right candidate the role offers long-term potential, including future salary progression.

The Role

This is a well-rounded position where no two days are the same. Duties will include:

• Providing excellent customer service both face-to-face and via email/Phone
• Supporting sales activity and ensuring customers come first
• Picking and preparing orders within the warehouse
• General branch support and administration
• Using Microsoft systems

This is not purely a warehouse role - we are looking for someone confident, proactive, and customer-focused.

What We're Looking For

• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Previous sales or customer service experience
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to write professional emails
• Comfortable using Excel and basic IT systems
• A hands-on attitude and willingness to support across departments

Salary & Hours

• £24,000-£25,000 per year (£12.31-£12.82 per hour DOE)
• Monday to Friday
• 8:00am - 4:30pm
• 1 hour unpaid break
