The Best Connection are recruiting for a Blending Operative/ FLT Counterbalance Driver, on an ongoing basis, for our client based in Goole. For the right candidate, the job will become permanent after 12 weeks. 

PAY: 

• £13.24 per hour, this will increase to £14.24 per hour once permanent 
• Overtime is paid at £16.55 

HOURS: 

Initially, the first week the shift will be Monday to Thursday, 6am- 6pm. After training is completed the shift will be:

• 1pm- 10pm 
• Monday to Friday

DUTIES:

• Working on a line, producing dyed sand.
• Accurately weighing and measuring ingredients
• Blending ingredients to the correct consistency 
• Using the Counterbalance, relocating stock to the dedicated area
• Accurate and correct completion of paperwork

REQUIREMENTS:

• Counterbalance Licence is essential 
• A good understanding of English is essential
• Candidates must have good time management and organisational skills
• Candidates must have a keen attention for detail
