The Best Connection West Bromwich are recruiting for Bakery Operatives for our prestigious client based in Wednesbury.

Hours of work: 20:00-08:00 0r 21:00-09:00 following a 4 on 4 off rota.

Responsibilities:

• Sieving and weighing hand ingredients, including lifting sacks of 20kg.
• Mixing paste using semi-automatic mixing bowl.
• Moving multiple bowls to and from the pasting unit pipe.
• Cleaning down bowls and mixing station and tubs.
• Supporting the shift with other bakery duties once trained.

Candidate requirements:

• Must have excellent communication and numeracy and literacy skills.
• Comfortable with working under pressure.
• Able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Proactive and positive attitude.
