Seasonal Production Operatives Needed in Penrith

We are recruiting Production Operatives for one of our clients in the Penrith area to help meet demand over the festive period. This ongoing role runs until mid-December, but there’s potential for permanent opportunities for the right candidates at the end of the peak period.

Key Role Details:

Location: Penrith area
Industry: Bakery production (supporting a well-known brand, Greggs)
Role: Working on various lines preparing cookies, gingerbread, Christmas cake, and other seasonal treats
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, starting between 07:00/07:30 and finishing when the daily tasks are completed
Hours:

Peak period: 45 hours per week
After peak: 40 hours per week

What We’re Looking For:

• No prior experience required, but previous production experience is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Candidates must attend a food hygiene induction before starting
