‘The Best Connection’ are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled B3 Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join our client in Aylesford.

You will be responsible for safely transporting cabins within a large compound.

Key information:

• Shift pattern: Monday-Friday
• Start/finish time: 08:00-16:30
• Break: 60 minutes per day
• Salary: £13.92 per hour // £20.88 per hour after 8 hours
• Temp to perm opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a B3 15tn Counter Balance forklift to transport cabins

• Load and unload trucks efficiently

• Perform routine maintenance checks on the forklift to ensure optimal performance

• Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents or injuries

• Keep accurate records of inventory movement and storage locations

• Collaborate with team members for efficient workflow

Requirements:

• Valid B3 Counter Balance (15 Tonne) forklift operator licence

• Proven experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or industrial setting

• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to forklift operation

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as work orders and safety rules

• Strong attention to detail for accurate tracking of inventory movements
