The Best Connection are currently recruiting experienced Automotive Polishers to join an established automotive manufacturer in South Birmingham. This is a great opportunity to secure a long-term position with the chance to go permanent after a successful skills test.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Polishing and finishing automotive body panels to a high standard

• Using polishing equipment, compounds, and materials correctly

• Inspecting completed work to ensure a flawless finish

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment

✔️ Requirements

• Previous automotive polishing experience (essential)

• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude

⏰ Hours of Work

• 06:00-14:00 or 14:00-22:00

• Monday to Friday

💷 Pay Rate

• £13.25 - £13.75 per hour
