Our client, a trusted leader in precision engineering and automotive manufacturing, is looking for experienced Automotive Assembly Operatives to join our team in Redditch. You'll play a key role in assembling high-quality automotive components to required standards.

This will be an on-going position that will potentially lead to a permanent position within the company;

• Working on rotation shifts - 06.00-14.00 & 14.00 -22.00 rotating weekly
• Starting pay is £14.65 per hour
• First 2 hrs of Overtime Mon-Fri paid at Time and a third at £16.24 per hour
• After first 2 hrs of overtime, Monday to Saturday paid at Time and a half at £18.32 per hour
• Sundays and Bank holiday overtime paid at £24.42 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble automotive parts and components on the production line
• Perform quality checks to ensure all products meet required specifications
• Work efficiently to meet daily production targets
