Assistant Team Leader - Industrial Greenhouse
Location: BD19, Cleckheaton
We're looking for a motivated Assistant Team Leader to support the day-to-day running of our industrial greenhouse operation. This is a hands-on role, combining leadership responsibilities with working alongside the team on the ground.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting and managing greenhouse staff
- Staff rotas, absences, sickness, and basic HR duties
- Leading by example with daily operational tasks
- Ensuring productivity, quality, and health & safety standards are met
- Supporting operations on the factory & greenhouse floor during busier periods
