The Best Connection Newcastle are looking to recruit a Production/Warehouse Operative to work for our client in County Durham. Our client is one of the UK's leading manufactuers of plastic products. 

The role:

• Assembling small plastic products
• Quality checking finished work
• Setting and operating machinery 
• Overseeing machine change overs 
• General maintenance and upkeep of equipment
• General housekeeping
• Following health and safety procedures

The candidate:

• Previous experience of working with machinery in an engineering or manufacturing environment is essential
• Must be organised and able to prioritise workload 
• Reliable and hard working, with good timekeeping 
• Strong understanding of health and safety procedures

Hours + Pay:

• 3 shift pattern with weekly rotation
• Monday to Friday
• 6am - 2pm / 2pm - 10pm / 10pm - 6am 
• Overtime available on weekends
• £27556.70 annual salary
