The Best Connection are currently seeking Assembly Operatives to work at our brand new client based in Somercotes, Alfreton!!

Within a product assembly role, the following duties apply:

• Combining cardboard parts to create finished goods.
• Follow specific instructions and guidelines to ensure the assembled products meet the required quality standards.
• General housekeeping of work station.

PLEASE BE AWARE YOU WILL BE UNABLE TO USE YOUR MOBILE PHONE WHILST ON THE SHOP FLOOR DURING WORKING HOURS!!

Required skills:

• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Good time management.
•  Positive attitude to learning new skills and the ability to work unsupervised after training.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet production targets and use their initiative.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team, you will be reliable and trustworthy.
• No experience is required for this role but previous warehouse or production experience is desirable.

Working hours & pay rate:

• Monday - Friday on a rotating shift (days - 0630 - 1430, afters - 1400-2200)
• Pay rate is £11.62 per hour
• Overtime available at weekends paid at time and a half and double time
