The Best Connection are currently seeking Assembly Operatives for our client in Mansfield who are one of the worldwide market leaders of their products in the Military/Civil Aerospace Industry!
Role & responsibilities:
- Assembling aerospace products and parts from drawings. You will be in a role that requires you to assemble intricate parts, feeding wires into connectors
- Following listed instructions/measurements carefully
- Working in a seated, designated area to complete orders and follow targets
- Usage of magnification and specialised tools to complete orders
Working hours:
- Monday - Friday, 0730 -1600 (30 min unpaid break daily)
- Once trained, you may have the option to condense your hours down, for example, to enable an early finish on a Friday
Pay rate:
- £12.11 per hour
- Time and a half paid after 40 hours worked
Previous experience required, or transferable skills to the role – training will be given in their own training school, you must have the following attributes to bring to the role...
- Good attention & eye to detail
- Have excellent communication skills
- Must be able to work well under pressure / have a great attitude and work ethic
- Great level of English reading
You will be required to attend your 1st interview in TBC Mansfield branch, where you shall complete a bespoke application form.
