🔧 Assembly Operative - Composite Door Manufacturing

📍 Location: Brigg

🕒 Hours: Rotational Shifts

• Week 1: Monday to Thursday, 2:00 PM - 12:00 Midnight (Friday off)
• Week 2: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
• 💰 Pay Rate: £12.86 per hour

We're looking for reliable and hardworking Assembly Operatives to join our team in Brigg, where we manufacture high-quality composite doors. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with real potential for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble composite doors using hand and power tools
• Use scanning devices to track and manage components
• Perform manual tasks including lifting, fitting, and quality checks
• Meet daily production targets
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in manufacturing or warehouse work (preferred but not essential)
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
