🔧 Assembly Operative

Looking for a hands-on role where no two days are the same?

We're looking for a motivated and reliable Assembly Operative to join a growing team. This is a varied position combining production assembly work with warehouse and stores responsibilities, offering excellent long-term opportunities for the right candidate.

What You'll Be Doing:

✅ Assembling products to high quality standards

✅ Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders

✅ Receiving and booking in goods

✅ Maintaining stock accuracy and supporting inventory control

✅ Working within both Production and Stores departments

✅ Supporting operational needs during busy periods, holidays and staff absences

✅ Helping ensure products are delivered on time and to the highest standards

What We're Looking For:

✔ Experience within manufacturing, production, warehouse or stores environments

✔ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

✔ Good organisational and communication skills

✔ Comfortable using Outlook, Microsoft Office and stock control systems

✔ Flexible attitude and willingness to support different departments

✔ Self-motivated and able to work independently when required

✔ A positive team player with a reliable work ethic

What's On Offer?

💷 £13.50 per hour (dependent on experience)

🕒 Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

⏰ Flexible start times available

💰 Overtime opportunities available
