📍 Location: Stockport

💷 Pay Rate: £13.95 per hour, increasing to £14.86 per hour after 12 weeks

🕢 Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:30am - 5:15pm

The Role

As an Assembly Operative, you'll be responsible for assembling a variety of small electrical and non-electrical components to a high standard. Working as part of a skilled production team, you'll ensure products are built accurately, efficiently, and safely.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assembling small electrical and non-electrical components
• Following assembly drawings, work instructions and production specifications
• Using hand tools and small assembly equipment
• Carrying out quality inspections throughout the assembly process
• Ensuring products meet company quality standards
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment
• Working effectively as part of a team to achieve production targets
• Following health and safety procedures at all times

What We're Looking For

We're looking for reliable, enthusiastic individuals who have:

• Previous assembly, production or manufacturing experience (preferred but not essential)
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good manual dexterity and the ability to work with small components
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Good timekeeping and reliability
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
