Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:30 (30-minute lunch break)

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Bench Assembly Operative to join our team in the automotive sector. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for assembling cables, wiring looms, and electrical cabinets to a high standard of quality and precision.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble wiring looms, cables, and electrical cabinets following technical drawings and wiring diagrams.

• Use hand and power tools such as spanners and drills safely and effectively.

• Ensure all assemblies meet quality and safety standards.

• Work as part of a team to meet production targets and deadlines.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role or with comparable tools and equipment.

• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and assembly instructions.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

• Good teamwork and communication skills.
