Assembly Operative - Smethwick
Pay Rate: £12.70 per hour

Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 07:15 - 16:05
Friday: 07:15 - 16:05

The Best Connection is currently recruiting for an Assembly Operative on behalf of our client based in Smethwick. The position is ongoing with the option of becoming permanent following a successful trial period.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating machinery to assemble bicycle components, including saddles

• Sanding, polishing, finishing, and riveting parts

• Packing finished products ready for dispatch

• Carrying out any other duties as requested by the supervisor

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous assembly experience

• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively

• Reliable with good attendance and punctuality

• Good communication skills

• Comfortable operating machinery

• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control
