As an Assembly Operative, you will play an important role in supporting the production of high‑quality manufactured products. You will work as part of a small, hands‑on team, assembling components to precise specifications while maintaining strong standards of safety, accuracy, and efficiency.

This position suits someone with good practical skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble components and parts according to written instructions, diagrams, and production specifications.
• Use a range of hand tools, crimping tools, soldering equipment, and testing devices safely and effectively.
• Inspect components and completed assemblies to ensure they meet required quality standards.
• Work to production schedules to achieve daily output targets.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment at all times.
• Accurately record production data and report any issues, defects, or delays to the Production Supervisor.
• Collaborate with colleagues across production, engineering, and quality control to ensure smooth workflow.

Shift Pattern:

• Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:00

Pay Rates:

• £12.21 p/h
