The Best Connection are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join a well-established company based in Hednesford.

This is a hands-on role involving detailed and intricate assembly work, so excellent attention to detail and a steady hand are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Customising products to specific customer measurements and specifications.
• Adding or removing components to ensure products meet order requirements.
• Maintaining the high-quality standards associated with the brand.
• Recording all modifications and amendments made to products.
• Supporting daily production targets and stock management processes.
• Carrying out quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday
• 14:00-22:00

Pay Rate

• £12.71 per hour
