The Best Connection Group LTD are currently recruiting on behalf of our engineering client based in the Halesowen area of Birmingham. We are looking for a Technical Sales Manager. This is a great opportunity for an experienced or unexperienced candidate to secure a brilliant role1
**Qualifications Required*
- Previous experience and good understanding of Engineering or Manufacturing is essential
- Previous experience working in the Sales industry
- Previous experience with Cast metals/materials is also beneficial
- IT literate to include Microsoft Office
Key Responsibilities of Co-Ordinator
- Oversee customer accounts in the UK and overseas
- Prepare costings and proposals to support bidding work undertaken by the company
- Maximising the sales opportunities
- Providing clear and coherent quotation
- Providing key support in maintaining and expanding the sale of the Company’s Products into sectors of the LNG, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical &Industrial
- Obtaining customer feedback including quotation follow up, answering of technical questions, and attending bid clarification meetings.
- Obtaining materials prices and services as required.
- Conversion of quotation to order, including producing commercial and technical order handover packs manufacturing schedule & production reports at order placement.
The ideal candidate has the following:
- Experience in an engineering field
- · HNC/ Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- · Understanding of CFD (ANSYS or equivalent)
- · Understanding of FEA Autodesk simulation Mechanical or other FEA software
- · Proven sales experience
- · Be happy with worldwide travel
- · Strong relationship management skill
Hours of Work:
08.30am - 5.00pm Mon - Fri (one hour Lunch) with Hybrid Working
