Passenger Assistance Agent - Immediate Start

Location: London Gatwick Airport

Full UK driving licence required

The Best Connection - Aviation is currently seeking Passenger Assistance Agent to support operations at London Gatwick Airport. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about customer service and enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced airport setting within the logistics distribution and supply chain industry.

You will play a key role in supporting passengers who require additional assistance, ensuring their journey through the airport is smooth, safe, and comfortable.

Pay & Working Hours

• £13.45 Per Hour, £14.71 per hour (After 12 Weeks)
• Weekly pay (every Friday)
• Part-time shifts (6 hours)
• 4 on / 4 off shift pattern

Shift Times:

04:00 - 10:00 | 22:00 - 04:00

12:00 - 18:00 | 18:00 - 00:00

Flexibility across all shifts is essential.

Overtime available.

Note: this is a temporary seasonal position.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a high standard of passenger care and assistance
• Support passengers with reduced mobility throughout the airport
• Safely operate wheelchairs and electric buggies
• Assist passengers with baggage when required
• Conduct daily equipment checks and report any faults
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of mobility equipment
• Communicate with the airport control team using handheld devices
• Complete accurate documentation and operational reports
• Assist the wider airport operations team when required

What We're Looking For

• Friendly, reliable, and customer-focused individuals
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in a busy airport environment
• Calm under pressure with good time-management skills
• Previous airport, passenger service, or customer service experience is beneficial but not essential
• Additional languages are an advantage
