Position: Airport Agent/Customer Service Agent
Location: Heathrow Airport
Employment Type: Part Time (Ongoing)
Shift: 4 on 4 off OR 5 on 3 off 1800-2200

Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Assistance: Provide courteous assistance to passengers with questions about immigration procedures, travel documentation, and general inquiries.
- Boarding Assistance: Coordinate and oversee the boarding process, ensuring adherence to airline policies and safety regulations
- Queue Management: Guide and manage passenger queues for efficient processing, helping to reduce wait times and maintain orderly lines
- Document Verification: Review and verify passports, visas, and other travel documents to confirm authenticity and compliance with immigration regulations
Requirements:
- Ability to provide a 5 year referenceable history. A DBS check will be conducted on your behalf
- Previous experience in customer service, airport, or airline operations is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a customer-focused attitude
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Candidate must have lived in the UK for 3 years or more as Counter Terrorism Checks will be conducted
