The Best Connection West Bromwich have a fantastic opportunity for an Administrator for our client in Tipton.

Hours of work:

Monday-Thursday 07:30-16:30.

Pay rate: £12.30 per hour.

JOB WILL BE STARTING IN JANAURY 2025. INTERVIEWS TO BE CONDUCTED IN NOVEMBER & DECEMBER.

Duties:

  • Sales administration – managing booking in and out of customer enquiries
  • Loading incoming orders onto system
  • Invoicing customers, checking prices to ensure they are correct
  • Raising of suppler orders for steel and other items
  • Working with Excel and Word
  • Answering incoming telephone calls
  • Various other administrative duties as called for.

Candidate requirements:

  • Excellent communication – written and verbal.
  • Computer literate – particularly being able to use Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Comfortable with working to deadlines.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Punctual.
