The Best Connection Employment Group are currently recruiting for an Administrator for our client based in Tunstall, Sittingbourne, Kent.
This is a temp to perm role, meaning after a successful period you will go full time with our client.
Requirements for the role;
- Excellent communication skills
- Telephone compliant
- Computer literate
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
Job Roles include;
- Managing phone calls and email enquires, directing enquires to the appropriate person.
- Assisting with Stock Control
- Housekeeping
- Maintaining and updating records, databases and files.
- Working with the depot supervisor to maintain the operation of the depot
- Dealing with customer enquiries - telephone and face to face
- Assisting with general admin duties.
- Maintain an organised environment.
Shift Pattern/ Pay Rate;
- Monday to Friday 08:00 till 17:00
- £12.50 per hour
