The Best Connection Employment Group are currently recruiting for an Administrator for our client based in Tunstall, Sittingbourne, Kent. 

This is a temp to perm role, meaning after a successful period you will go full time with our client. 

Requirements for the role; 

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Telephone compliant
  • Computer literate 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)

Job Roles include; 

  • Managing phone calls and email enquires, directing enquires to the appropriate person. 
  • Assisting with Stock Control 
  • Housekeeping 
  • Maintaining and updating records, databases and files. 
  • Working with the depot supervisor to maintain the operation of the depot
  • Dealing with customer enquiries - telephone and face to face
  • Assisting with general admin duties. 
  • Maintain an organised environment. 

Shift Pattern/ Pay Rate;

  • Monday to Friday  08:00 till 17:00
  • £12.50 per hour
