We are seeking an experienced Property Administrator to provide temporary agency support within our Property Department for a 12-week full-time assignment.

Key Requirements:

  • Prior secretarial or administrative experience (property or FM preferred)

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word & Excel) and Google Workspace (Docs & Sheets)

  • Strong prioritisation and organisational skills

  • Experience managing Purchase Orders and invoices

Role Overview:

  • Administrative support to the Property / FM team

  • Managing POs and invoices

  • Supporting urgent maintenance issues alongside ongoing projects
