Location - Neilston
Pay rate - £13.45 per hour
Shifts - Monday to Friday
* 8:00am - 5:00pm OR
* 8:30am - 5:30pm
The Best Connection is currently recruiting for an organised and reliable Administrator to join one of our clients based in Neilston.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied office role, thrives in a busy environment, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitoring employee attendance and holiday records
- Managing and responding to emails in a professional manner
- Preparing and issuing customer quotations
- Updating planning schedules and work allocations
- Processing credits and purchase invoices
- Raising and allocating jobs for drivers
- Providing general administrative support to the wider team
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all documentation is up to date
What We're Looking For
- Previous administration experience preferred
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident using Microsoft Office and other computer systems
- Ability to prioritise workload and work independently
- Professional and proactive approach to work
