We are looking for a confident, organised, and reliable Office Administrator to join our busy office in Carlisle on a full-time basis. This position has the potential to go permanent for the right candidate.

Pay rate: £13.00 per hour

Working hours: 12:00 - 20:30, Monday to Friday

Location: Carlisle, Cumbria

Start Date: Immediate start

Key Responsibilities

• Providing general office administration support in a busy office environment
• Answering telephone calls and responding to emails
• Data entry and maintaining accurate records
• Organising documents and filing systems
• Supporting colleagues with day-to-day administrative tasks
• Ensuring the office remains organised and runs efficiently

Requirements

• Previous office administration experience is preferred
• Confident, professional, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
