Our client, based in Brentford, is seeking a friendly, helpful, and detail-oriented Administrator. This is a key Front of House role that requires excellent administrative skills, customer service, and attention to detail.
- Monday to Friday: 07:00 – 16:00
- Every other Saturday: 07:00 – 11:00
- £15.00 per hour / Weekly pay
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate the weighbridge to process inwards and outwards materials accurately
- Grade and record incoming and outgoing loads
- Welcome and assist customers and drivers with professionalism and warmth
- Deliver fast, efficient, and friendly service
- Maintain accurate records and handle admin duties as required
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental policies
Requirements:
- A helpful and approachable attitude
- Previous experience in an administrative or customer-facing role
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Experience in a weighbridge role (desirable but not essential)
- Willingness to work alternate Saturdays
- A valid DBS check (or willingness to undergo one)
