Our client based in Paignton are looking for multiple Administrators for an ongoing assignment, currently no end date. This position will involve working for a leading Debt Recovery company that specialises in providing efficient and effective financial recovery solutions for their clients. Experience of word processing and spreadsheet inputs is preferred but not essential. You will be working within a call centre but will not involve handling external phone calls.

- Monday to Friday
- 08:30 - 17:00
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Responding to debtor queries by utilising Client back-office systems and viewing evidence
- Provide assistance and guidance to debtors in resolving their outstanding balances
- Update the internal system with accurate and up-to-date information on debtors
- Ensure all correspondence is in compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve company goals and targets
- Keep accurate and detailed records of all communication with debtors
- Continuously update your knowledge on collection laws and regulations
Suitable Candidates must have:
- High level of organisational skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage a high volume of work
- IT skills; be proficient using Microsoft office programs
- Strong communication skills, writing skills (letters, emails, notes)
- Have a tenacious and “can-do” attitude!
- Ability to coordinate with other teams
