The Best Connection is currently recruiting an Administrator/Warehouse Operative for an ongoing role, joining a busy and well-established pharmaceutical company in York.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday
• 09:00 - 17:30
• 37.5 hours per week

Pay Rate

• £12.71 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• General office administration duties
• Creating, managing, and responding to emails
• Accurate data entry and record keeping
• Filing and document organisation
• Delivering a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Supporting daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Previous administration experience (essential)
• Experience working in a busy office and warehouse environment
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Ability to use initiative and make decisions independently
• Proven experience in:
  • Customer service
  • Diary management
  • Preparing quotes and invoices
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Excellent attention to detail
